STI Testing
We offer FREE STI testing as both rapid testing (30 min, in-person results) and take-home tests (send samples to lab, results in ~1 week). We have tests for HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. No insurance is required, and testing is available for everyone! Schedule an appointment below!
PrEP Navigation
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, or PrEP, is a daily medication drastically reducing the risk of contracting HIV. Approved for use by the CDC, PrEP is available with a prescription from a physician. Bee the Vibe partners with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Vivent Health, HeyMistr, and our sibling organization, Denver Element, to reach out to the LGBTQ+ communities in the Denver area to generate awareness of and navigation for PrEP. PrEP consultations can be added to STI testing appointments!
Want to just talk all things PrEP? BTV offers a one-on-one discussion on PrEP through Denver Element to help individuals decide whether it is a strategy that suits their sexual health life, as well as providing logistical assistance, connecting to care, and funding the cost of medication.
DoxyPEP Navigation
Information and referrals for DoxyPEP, or Doxycycline Post-Exposure Prophylaxis, which is an antibiotic that can prevent bacterial sexually transmitted infections (STIs) like chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.
• It’s taken after condomless sex, ideally within 24 hours but no later than 72 hours, and typically involves taking two 100 mg doses.
• Studies have shown that DoxyPEP can reduce the risk of STIs by up to two-thirds, especially for transgender women and men who have sex with men.
• We do not directly prescribe or distribute DoxyPEP, but we can help you find a resource that does and works for you!
Peer Coaching (1-on-1)

Preparing for new substance/drug-use safely
And more! If you have a question, we have the evidence-based answers!

Harm Reduction Supplies
We distribute FREE harm reduction resources for our community that anyone can have. These include:
Safer-sex supplies like internal and external condoms (latex and non-latex) and lubes (silicone and water-based).
Naloxone (the lifesaving overdose reversal tool), aka Narcan and Kloxxado, that can help reverse an opioid overdose. We recommend everyone have naloxone just in case of an emergency.
Fentanyl test strips and xlyazine test strips, so you can test any drugs before you do them!
To get these free resources, you can either meet us in the community when we’re at events, or schedule a pickup time below throughout the week to grab them from our office!
Trainings & Presentations
Are you, your agency, your community or anyone else interested in learning more about harm reduction? We offer FREE trainings and presentations to our community on any and all harm reduction topics. These can include:
