Party Safe for St. Patrick’s Day!

Everybody likes to have fun sometimes and for some of us that includes St. Patrick’s Day! Going out should always be fun and no one deserves to have an absolutely awful night filled with emergencies, medical or otherwise. Here are some simple tips with Keep the Party Safe to make the whole night a lil bit safer.

1. It is Literally March Still, It WILL be Cold, Please Wear Clothes

Look we’ve all fallen for freezing our asses off during St. Patrick’s Day. It seems like it should be warm, don’t fall for it, it WILL be cold. Your titties can be out all summer please bring a hoodie or something. We’re begging

2. Keep Hydrated Before, During, And After

Hate to say it, but drinking water is actually so important. Green beer is so fun but you can also make green water if it helps you drink it. Keeping hydrated can help you from getting messy drunk, blacked out, and even just from terrible hangovers.

3. Bring Naloxone And Know The Signs Of An Overdose

Naloxone is a medication that rapidly reverses an opioid overdose, including ones caused by fentanyl. It’s 100% safe and should be your go-to in all suspected overdose situations, even if they turn out to be false alarms. Naloxone is a must-have at all parties or gatherings, and all guests should know who has it or where it’s stored.

The most common form of naloxone—and the easiest to use—is a nasal spray, and brand names include Narcan and Kloxxado. Bee the Vibe has completely FREE Naloxone for anyone interested.

4. Bring Fentanyl Testing Strips And Test Everything You Plan On Taking

You can check your drugs to see if fentanyl is present with fentanyl test strips. When used properly, test strips are reliable and can be an important step to take. But test strips aren’t always 100% accurate. Even when drugs test negative, remain highly cautious and prepared to use naloxone in case the test is a false negative. Bee the Vibe has completely FREE fent strips for anyone interested.

5. Only Take Something If You Know For Sure What Is (Drinks, Pills, Powders, Etc)

While stranger drugs can be fun, they are never safe :/ Please never take anything that you do not know what is in it. Reagent testing and fentanyl testing strips are great for this and Bee the Vibe has completely FREE fent strips for anyone interested.

6. Before The Party, Designate A Non-User

A designated non-user is like a designated driver and just as important. If your night could include recreational drugs, pick a designated non-user ready to use naloxone if fentanyl crashes the party. Take turns each time you go out. Stay safe and don’t let this be your last night out.

7. Watch Your Friends--If You Came Together Make Sure They Are Safe

No one else is solely your responsibility but if you came with a group of friends, look out for them! If something is wrong and you can safely step in, do so!

8. As Soon As You Spot An Overdose, Call 911 And Use Naloxone. Fentanyl Overdoses Are Incredibly Fast, And There’s No Harm In Using Naloxone
